The Reporting Manager will touch all areas of finance and the business. You will be the key link between the UK team and the FSSC, ensuring all monthly reporting is completed on time, and improve company processes to support an effective Finance operation.

Description
Key Responsibilities include:
- Work with FSSC to ensure timely and accurate reporting to Group
- Provide monthly management information to support business operations
- Improve finance and accounting processes to improve reliability and accuracy of information
- Lead role in maintaining close relationship with FSSC and monitoring performance to ensure providing good accounting service
- Deal with revenue recognition, tax, pension and other accounting queries and issues
- Preparation of stat accounts, annual tax packs, submission of VAT returns, liaise with HMRC on tax matters
- Projects, analysis and investigations as required
- Work with FSSC to actively manage AR and maximise cash receipts
- Work with internal and external audit teams to achieve efficient audits
Profile
In order to be considered for this role you must demonstrate the following skills:
- Experience working with ERP systems and the ability to pick up systems and processes quickly
- Group reporting experience
- Experience of preparing statutory accounts and dealing with HMRC
- Experience working on SAP
- US Group reporting experience
- Managing people
