High growth firm of accounts, seek Qualified Managers to lead the next phase of growth in the business

Your new company is a 5 Partner firm of accountants who have embraced Xero and are delivering an increasingly value add service to clients across both accounts and audit, taxation and outsourcing service lines. The firm covers clients across a variety of sectors, including Not For Profit, Agriculture, GP & medical practices, Property & Construction, Schools and Manufacturing to name but a few.


Your new role will be reporting directly to the Partners, liaising with clients and managing the end to end services offered to the Portfolio. You will be responsible for the mentoring of junior's & semi-senior's while facilitating their continued learning and development.

In addition you will act as a trusted adviser to a wide range of businesses, actively bringing on new business through networking and representing the firm to the external market.


What you'll need to succeed - you will Qualified, either ACA or ACCA and be looking either for a change in role to further your management career, or to make the step into management as a tenured senior.

You will have worked within an accountancy practice, which for this role is essential and be comfortable in a client facing role.
