Your new role
This is a new position that has been created due to company expansion and further growth plans. Reporting in to the Financial Controller you will lead, mentor and develop a small finance team providing them with support as and when required in their responsibilities including daily cashbook reconciliation. You would be playing a key part in a project focused on re-engineering existing processes. Your responsibilities will include: redesigning revenue reconciliations process; approve month end journals; review balance sheet reconciliations; assist with SOX compliance; review the year to date revenue reconciliation and assisting the FP&A team.

What you'll need to succeed
Fully qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience post qualification it is key that you have a recent, demonstrable experience in audit or banking. You will need to be highly numerical with strong analytical capabilities and a problem-solving nature. You will also need to have the ability to identify control weaknesses and be proactive in suggesting and implementing the necessary improvements. Personal qualities required include; strong communication skills, ability to work well under pressure and good attention to detail. People management experience is essential.
