Choralis Consulting have instructions to recruit a Financial Controller.
The company generate revenues in access of £80m and provide specialist products, contracts and services to a diverse customer base throughout the UK and mainland Europe. They are the market leaders in their field and provide services to some of the largest corporates in the world.
The role will be to assume immediate responsibility for the day to day financial operations of the business and provide support to the finance director. Duties will incl: the preparation of the monthly financial and management accounts pack, cashflow forecasting, budget preparation, balance sheet reconciliations and and assist through all year end processes to tight deadlines, managing and mentoring a small team to achieve their goals and targets whilst adding value and expertise to producing accurate and timely financial information.
Strong understanding of IT systems, especially advanced Excel and Dynamics are essential to hit the ground running in this role.
The person qualified ACA/CIMA/ACCA with at least 2 to 3 years previous experience in a senior finance manager's or controller's role. With excellent ERP/IT systems experience, AX Dynamics,SAP very useful, comfortable recommending and implementing best practices through a systems implementation programme, whilst driving change and a strong control environment.
Strong analysis and communication skills, a confident and outgoing individual looking for their next challenge.
