ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are supporting a manufacturer based in Warwickshire to recruit a Financial Planning Analyst. The successful individual will be a qualified ACA/ACCA who can use their strong analytical and problem solving skills to work under pressure and hit deadlines, an ideal opportunity as a first move from practice to focus their career into an analytical role rather than just a technical accountant.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial reporting and analysis of complex data.
- Supporting in preparation of budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
- Working with the operations and FP&A manager to achieve targets and develop forecasts.
- Drive financial development and key performance indicators by evaluation of accounting and systems processes.
- Ensure financial policies, GAAP and IFRS are adhered to.
- Continuous improvements to enhance processes, performance and costing.
- Assist in developing robust financial planning and analysis processes.
- Ad-hoc tasks when required.
PROFILE
- ACA/ACCA/ACMA
- Background in External Audit.
- Knowledge of IFRS and GAAP standards
