Commercial Finance Analyst

A world leading media publishing business is currently seeking a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their FP&A team.

You will be responsible for producing annual budgets, quarterly forecasting and preparing the forecasting packs, month end reporting and completion of month end processes, preparing the month end pack including KPI reporting and providing commentary and analysis, business partnering with other teams in the business including marketing, sales and PR and other ad-hoc reporting and analysis.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, have good attention to detail and will be a relationship builder. Ideally you will have strong management accounts and analytical experience working with other teams across the business. Candidates must have strong Excel skills including v-look ups, pivots tables IF statements etc. and previous working knowledge of SAP or Hyperion would be beneficial. This role would be best suited to candidates who have strong reporting experience with the ability to analyse and manipulate large data sets, and you will ideally be studying towards/ part-qualified (ACCA/ CIMA) or equivalent.
