Head of Finance

Due to continued growth we are working exclusively with an ambitious SME who are keen to appoint an FD designate. As part of the leadership team you will work with an inspirational MD who has an exceptional track record in delivering growth through development of a positive team culture.

This position comes with a number of stand out opportunities:

• Transformation of the finance function, including streamlining process and instilling an added value, proactive approach
• Drive profitability through the development of a management reporting suite working closely with the operational staff
• Significant rewards including significant bonus potential (up to 20% of salary) and shareholding potential

To be considered for this opportunity you should be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified with proven ability to lead a finance function and add value to the growth of a business. The ability to work within a management team and positively influence others is required and experience within a stock-based business (e. manufacturing/distribution) including development of stock systems would be highly advantageous.
