Head of Finance - Consumer Business

A Highly Successful PE Backed Multi-Site Consumer Led business is seeking a Head of Finance to drive the company's finance function, and support the continued growth of the business. Reporting to the CFO you will join a tight-knit team and play a leading role within the finance function.

This is a hands-on role supervising the account's team with responsibility for the finance function, partnering with the CFO you will ensure that the business's financial targets are met. Establishing, maintaining and improving financial processes, and developing multi-year business plans, the role will include formulating audits, full UK statutory accounts and monthly management accounts in a timely fashion.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/ACMA), preferably chartered with experience of a similar role in a head office. This role has the opportunity to include a long term succession plan, therefore would suit someone who is ambitious and would relish the opportunity to influence the direction and growth of the business.
