Interim Accountant Job Job based in Welshpool Fixed Term Contract - ASAP Start

Your new company
I am currently working with a manufacturing business based in Welshpool who have an immediate temporary vacancy within their Finance Department. The vacancy has been created as the business modernise and change through the implementation of a number of projects including a new finance system upgrade. This job will provide some continuity and additional support to the running of the department during this period of change.

Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Director you will prepare monthly accounts as well as analysis and reporting of costs. This will include working with line managers focusing on productivity, efficiency and variations as well as monitoring both product and customer margins and KPIs.

What you'll need to succeed
We are ideally looking for a qualified ACCA/CIMA accountant or applicants qualified with suitable finance experience. You will have good financial reporting skills as well as strong commercial acumen. You will have good experience with systems especially Excel as well as good communication skills and attention to detail.
