This is an interim Finance Controller role to cover a period of maternity leave and will only be recruited on a Fixed Term contract basis. This will be a 6 - 12 month commitment.
This role is covering the following key duties:
- Business Partner Senior Directors and key Operational teams to support the delivery of their objectives and provide both insight and challenge to drive operational performance as well as influence decision making.
- Lead and drive improvements in procedures and processes to allow production of high quality reports and insight, budgets and forecasts
- Lead, coach and develop a small finance team
You will be a fully qualified Finance professional who has operated in large plc environments, have good experience at operating with operational teams, challenging and supporting key commercial decisions with robust financial analysis. You will ideally come from a retail, FMCG, Logistics or Supply chain background and be able to demonstrate working within a fast paced environment.
This role is only being recruited on a fixed term contract basis - PAYE only.
