Resourcery Group are supporting a multi sited £50m t/o business to bring on board a Finance Business Partner/Senior Management accountant in a leadership role. The organisation has gone through significant finance transformation and business process improvement and systems development. This role is commutable from Preston, Blackpool, Lancaster, Chorley and Blackburn. The role:
To ensure effective leadership and development of the business partnering function and reporting service
- To develop key stakeholder relationship in order to challenge performance and continuous improvement
- To support business case production and commercial bids and tenders
- Produce monthly business performance packs, budget and quarterly forecasts and external returns
- Capital investment assessments
- Cash flow forecasting, manage borrowing and investment activity
- To take ownership of the financial system and reporting
The ideal candidate:
- A fully qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA or ACA
- Have prior experience in finance business partnering and liaising with non-finance colleagues
- Be able to present information in a readily digestible format with meaningful analysis and commentary
- Be looking for career progression in the next couple of years ideally
