Finance Manager

Partner Financial are working with a fast growing technology business based in Central London. The hugely successful travel app company is operational in over 100 cities in the world. The business is seeking a Finance Manager who will work closely with the Financial Controller in driving the business forward.

As the Finance Manager your role will be to ensure the development and the delivery of the commercial and financial agenda. This opportunity will suite a tech savvy individual, who is keen to grow with the business and be apart of the next stage of their life cycle.

The Role:  

• Developing and maintaining a robust reporting process for both internal and external stakeholders
• Supporting the business leaders through the budgeting & forecasting processes
• Partnering with the FP&A managers from an investment management perspective
• Presenting financial information to non-finance stake-holders
• Creating and developing complex, automated, and controlled finance processes
• Delivering business improvements on local and global initiatives
• Mentoring and developing junior members of the finance team

The Ideal Candidate:

• Fully qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA)
• Excellent communication skills to influence management
• Will have a positive and infectious personality
• Excellent analytical and data skills
• A desire to join a fast-growing business
• Ability to problem solve and think outside of the box in order to deliver solutions
