Gleeson Recruitment group are supporting a services provider who are relocating their finance function to Leamington and looking for hungry individuals who are keen to progress their careers within a client driven environment. The organisation offer a managed service solution that will see the business providing support services to their clients,who are generally still in a start up position or not yet big enough to have back office staff.

The organisation have a reputation with their clients for providing a customer focused approach to their support, with a team that work to ensure they really understand the business, MD and Industry they are servicing. Management accounts production will be part of the role alongside, regular group reporting and partnering with the business owner to ensure continued growth. The aim for the Business Partners is that they spend a day a week with the client to fully understand "what the busy does" and how best they can support with financial information.

The business has seen rapid growth, and are constantly winning new clients which will eventually offer leadership roles to current staff and opportunities to hire junior teams to take away the month end responsibilities.

Finance Business Partner in Leamington responsibilities:

• Provide and deliver analysis and insight that links financial reports to business strategies
• Provide effective commercial procedures, or initiates change, to ensure key operational, commercial and financial targets are delivered
• Build and maintain strong relationships with all senior managers and their teams
• Produce Management Accounts to tight deadlines and presentations with Company MD's
• Facilitate and manage an Annual (plus Quarter refresh cycle) for P&L, BS & Cashflow

Finance Business Partner in Leamington Package:

This is not the type of role where you will be doing the same thing everyday and the ability to adapt and be flexible are essential. An outgoing personality and willingness to partner with a variety of stakeholders and build relationships with Operational teams and Managing Directors will be crucial, whilst also ensuring that a service is provided, with recommendations on how to improve.

The role would suit an Accountant at the final stages or recently Qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA with experience preparing monthly management accounts and providing insightful MI. Business partnering experience would be an advantage, however, not essential as the right attitude and a keen interest in commercial finance is more important.
