FP&A Manager | Mid Kent | Up to £50k + Bonus

A commercially minded, technically astute FP&A Manager is required to work for a high growth organisation operating on a National scale.

The purpose of this role is to head up the financial planning & analysis department by spearheading changes to improve efficiency, and financial performance. Assisting the team with the production of budgets and operational delivery. Additionally, providing leadership input for business projects with financial impact and acting as a liaison point for company stakeholders including internal and external customers and regulatory bodies.

You will take responsibility for producing analytical information for the Head of Commercial Finance and the wider executive team in order to provide insight and support business decisions allowing them to deliver their budget and longer term business plan including growth

Individuals will require the following skills, experience and abilities in order to be considered for this role:                                                                                                                                                                   

  • A qualified accountant with a strong commercial background (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
  • Interested in the bigger picture, whilst able to produce financial information accurately and on time
  • Able to make complex things simple
  • Ability to communicate with both finance and non-financial individuals alike
  • Motivated to progress within the finance function of a growing business
  • Able to manage a variety of stakeholders under tight deadlines
  • Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve problems
  • Strong organisational skills with ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Team player with willingness to help others and go above and beyond their formal role
  • Good attention to detail
  • Good system skills including intermediate excel
