Group FP&A Manager needed for a Technology company based in Oxfordshire!

£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus and Benefits!

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Group FP&A Manager to join a growing technology company in the Oxfordshire area. As the Group FP&A Manager you would be responsible or leading and supporting the planning and forecasting for the group, whilst providing accurate information to the senior stakeholders throughout the Group. Reporting into the Assistant Financial Controller there will be a high degree of commercial interaction with the Group's business units as well as a focus to develop a consistent approach to planning and forecasting across the Group.

To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Solid grounding in forecasting and budgeting with the ability to analyse and question results.
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good presentation skills, with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Experience with forecasts is essential.

A little more information about the role:

  • Leading the annual group budgeting process with support from the Group Financial Controller.
  • Consolidation and review of divisional submissions using the 3-year forecasting model.
  • Ensure inter-group and one-off transactions are identified and appropriately treated in the model.
  • Continue to improve forecast model and suggest areas for automation and increased resilience of processes.
  • Group analysis as required.
  • Stakeholder management during the budgeting process.
  • Overseeing the treasury team in India.
