Our client is a private equity backed electronics materials business that is at the cutting edge of technology and is at the forefront of Research and Development within the sector.   The business designs and supplies a unique and innovative product that satisfies economic, environmental, efficiency and practical factors and is poised to grow significantly both domestically and internationally.   The business is looking to hire an experienced  CFO who will take responsibility for a mix of operational, statutory, banking, investor relations and  M&A  activities.  This role will report to the Board and the successful applicant will work alongside the CEO leading the business through an exciting scale-up journey and ultimately a successful exit for existing shareholders.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable track record of being the stand-alone CFO in a fast paced product focused organisation and will have experience of licensing and contract negotiations , IP, outsourced manufacturing and international operations.  In additional fundraising experience would also be desirable.
