To enable the next stage of development, it now seeks to strengthen its management team through the appointment of a commercially astute Finance professional who can capture new opportunities, manage projects to fruition and enable the continued delivery of high quality management information.

Reporting to and working closely with an aspirational leadership team, you will have an opportunity to make a real contribution to the business. Happy to be hands on, your involvement will be total from dealing with the day to day, to appraising investment opportunities. Responsibilities will include the timely preparation of monthly management accounts; the provision of insightful, commercially-focused management information and analysis; the review and development of internal control processes and procedures; the provision of support and guidance to operational managers; cash flow forecasting; and the leadership of a small finance team

A qualified accountant, you will be enthusiastic, resilient and results orientated. Robust, pragmatic and a problem solver, your people and communication skills will be first rate.
