Management accountant for outsourced property business

Your new company
You will be working for a specialised real estate accounting business. They worked exclusively with real estate and construction clients to help improve the accounting and provide commercial decision making. The business was set up by real estate professionals and continues to be award winning within this market. They are looking for a management accountant for an interim basis.

Your new role
You will be managing two real estate development clients, including one large luxury apartment development and one development still in planning phase. You will be responsible for management accounting, including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow. You will do monthly accounts, VAT and reconciliations.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a fully qualified accountant with experience preparing management accounts. Ideally you will have worked across the real estate sector or have a keen interest in this sector.

What you'll get in return
You will be working in an interesting, fast paced environment. You will have exposure to a range of different clients so your role will be very varied. You will be paid up to £300 per day.
