Management accountant


Working within the Finance and Planning department, supporting the
Property and Facilities Management (P&FM) Department. This post
provides supervision of the monthly management account process
and support to the Associate Finance Director: Property and
Facilities Management seeking to improve decision making and
enhance financial control within this large predominantly external
facing department.
You will:
 Be responsible for the preparation of the annual budget,
monthly and quarterly management accounts and
forecasts and managing the year end processes.
 Provide advice and support to Property & Facilities
Management budget holders and non-financial managers
in managing their budgets and forecasting.
 Assist the Associate Finance Director: Property and
Facilities Management in the creation of business cases
for investment and financial appraisals and analysis to
project proposals.
Actively contribute to the improvement of financial management and
compliance with Financial Regulations within this department.
