Overview
Working closely with the Financial Director in regards to capital raising process - specifically managing the due diligence process and supporting financial analysis / strategic review.
- Reviewing / compiling due diligence information
- Forecasting financials / ad-hoc financial analysis
- Managing various teams and advisors to ensure deliverables
Requirements
- ACA qualification (or equivalent) highly preferable
- Prior transaction advisory / due diligence experience - Real Estate & Property engagements highly preferable
- Real Estate / Property Finance industry experience beneficial
