THE COMPANY:

Brewster Partners are recruiting an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a business based in Rotherham. Close to the motorway they are commutable from Sheffield, Barnsley and Chesterfield.

THE JOB:

This is a temporary role and does require an immediate start.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Creating new supplier accounts
Checking invoices against delivery notes, PO's and GRN's
Batching, coding and inputting invoices onto the system
Ensuring invoices are authorised prior to payment
Dealing with queries
Liaising with internal staff and suppliers to resolve issues
Updating and maintaining supplier accounts
Processing payments
Other ad ho duties as required

THE PERSON:

Previous experience is essential
Good IT skills are required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential
You must be a team player
