My client is a market leading construction & facilities management with an enviable reputation within the sector. They are now looking to recruit a talented individual to the role of Commercial Finance Manager.
Within the role you will provide financial & commercial support on a cluster of long term support services contracts. You will be a senior point of contact and escalation with the client, ensuring the contract is run to agreed service levels and to profit targets. You will ensure all management accounting and reporting, budgeting forecasting and planning are all accurate and timely and that necessary financial & commercial controls, processes and procedures are in place. You will also have responsibility for identifying and negotiating new revenue streams.
To succeed in this challenging role you be a qualified accountant with strong experience in a finance role. A track record of achievement within a high pressured, results orientated role is essential as are excellent communication skills. Prior experience in the construction, facilities management or outsourced services sectors is essential.
