Interim CFO

We are currently working with a private equity house who has recently acquired a fast-growing SaaS business, penetrating a new market. They are in search of an Interim CFO to help grow the company.

They are a cloud-based e-commerce software provider, helping blue chip brands ensure product information is high quality, relevant, in the right format and performing well. They operate across 20 countries and their goal is to optimise product visibility across marketplaces.

Having recently secured a significant investment, they are seeking to achieve this through organic growth and several bolt-on acquisitions.

The Role:

The focus of the role will shift on partnering with the CEO to drive value and commercial performance. You will be working alongside a dynamic team in a rewarding environment, setting KPIs, evaluating all products offered by the company and ensuring the best margin is achieved. You will be tasked with assessing, completing and managing the subsequent integration into the group. There are excellent progression prospects with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent placement.

The Requirements:

• ACA / CIMA / ACCA qualified.
• Experienced in assessing M&A targets, acquiring and integrating back into business.
• Deep sector knowledge of SaaS.
• Worked with a private equity-backed business as a CFO.
