International Finance Officer Job paying £25000-£30000 per annum on a Permanent basis

Your new company is a well-established charity based in Central London. The large charity helps millions of people in the UK providing financial accounting to the International Directorate - part of a large global team.


Your new role
Your new role will consist of the following duties; to support the International Programme Accountant to provide an effective financial accounting and reporting service to the region and respective Global Teams. This includes invoicing, reporting processes, balance sheet reconciliations, processing cashbooks, , monthly journals and accruals, year-end accounting processes, financial controls and supporting the BRC audit processes. Furthermore, budgeting, financial reporting, financial management, restricted funds and being a supportive team member are key responsibilities within this job role.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a part-qualified accountant with experience of bookkeeping or working in an accounting function. Additional skills integral for this job role involves being highly computer literate - proficient in Excel. Having good general 'commercial awareness', upholding the fundamental principles acting with integrity, in accordance with the Society's values.
