ABPM as experts in financial recruitment have been appointed by an large engineering organisation based in South Yorkshire to recruit an Interim Financial Planning Manager for a 6 month assignment. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant. They will need to have be able to adapt quickly to different environments to drive results using their attention to detail and problem solving to support the business unit.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing Budgets and Forecasts
- Developing and managing consistent and accurate reporting
- Drive and influence the team to support reporting processes
- Manage detailed analysis of business margins to maximise profits
- Assist in reviewing company policies and contracts
- Continuously look to develop processes and reporting
- Supporting the bid and strategic projects
- Attend meetings and represent the function on commercial and financial matters
- Ad-hoc tasks as and when required
PROFILE
- Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/ACMA
- IT literate with experience in Advanced Excel and ideally SAP
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
