ABPM as experts in financial recruitment are assisting a growing manufacturer based in Nottinghamshire to recruit a Management Accountant. The successful candidate will need to be a qualified accountant who can take their management accounting and costing experience to advance and support the business by hitting tight deadlines and grow performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparations monthly management accounts and reports for management meetings,
• Support operational teams with reports and analysis.
• Cost account assistance to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Taking charge of fixed assets including audit, reconciliations and analysis.
• Assist in capital projects to advance the business.
• Cost account development and stock management for month end.
• Guide departments to understand and use different reports to help drive business growth.
• Ensuring full compliance to Sarbanes Oxley and work with auditors to meet requirements.
• Continuously looking for improvements to developing reporting, transactions and systems.
• Provide support for new projects such as implementing a new ERP system.
• Ad-hoc duties and projects when required.

ESSENTIAL

• Qualified Accountant - ACA/ACCA/ACMA
• To have worked within the Manufacturing sector
• Experience of Management Accounting and Costing.
• IT Literate with Strong MS Office.
