My client is an important local employer, who are looking to recruit an experienced Finance Manager for their Exeter based company. As a key member of the business, you will lead your own team, managing and developing them to support the wider finance function.
The ideal candidate will have strong IT skills, preferably with previous ERP experience gained in a medium to large sized organisation. In addition, you will be familiar with change control and change management and have contemporaneous experience of managing projects.
Other Key responsibilities will include:
- Project Management
- Work planning
- Providing support to the wider finance function with month end / year end processes
- Providing business analysis
- Developing solutions to improve / automate financial processes
- Ensuring Audit compliance both internal & external
My client is flexible on qualification, but you must be able to work under pressure and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
