NQ Management Accountant (Property)

Your new company
A global Real Estate investment business based in West End, London. They company are an industry leader and a globally recognised brand in the Real Estate space. This role would sit within one of their up and coming brands focusing on the hospitality sector in the UK. This part of the organisation has an entrepreneurial culture which gives the team a great blend between corporate and start up feel.

Your new role
Working as part of a high growth area you will be employed by the group but working in a small team. You will be given the opportunity to make things you own and develop a really important area for the business.

Duties:

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Variance analysis and presentation to board
• Business partnering with operational budget holders
• Financial planning and analysis
• Statutory reporting

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified ACA or ACCA with the desire to join a large scale business in a division that requires you to take ownership of process improvement and business partnering
