Finance Analyst

My client is recruiting recruiting an Interim role for an immediate start for a Finance Analyst to join their industry leading organisation. The role is to take responsibility for the reporting, Planning and forecasting. This role will effectively, offer support in providing analysis of costs and tight control working with both Head of reporting and Head of Finance Operations and the Billings team. You must have strong Excel Modelling experience and enjoy digging into the detail!

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

General:
- Support the production of the division's monthly and annual reporting requirements.
- Extract data from relevant financial and other business systems to support business decision-making and process improvement.
- Provide data against standard process requirements and ad-hoc requests for Executives, Directors and Global Function Heads.
- Provide proactive investigation capability.
- Support the annual budgeting process
- Support the regular planning process such as rolling outlook, weekly cast forecasting, strategic planning.
- Conduct basic comparative analysis of data when required to support production of standard business metrics.
- Excel Modelling

You will ideally be a qualified or part qualified Accountant or finalist with experience of working in a commercial finance setting. You will be excellent at handling large amount of data and Excel modelling. You will ideally have Oracle system experience Along with strong technical accounting and analysis skills, you will have the confidence to challenge managers on KPIs and provide solutions in a proactive manner.
