CFO

A leading PE backed SaaS business is looking to appoint a CFO to join the board, acting as a partner to the CEO. This will be a key role in the business as you will be driving the strategic direction and ensuring the business achieves its growth ambitions.

You will be responsible for the management of the overall finance function. This is a truly commercial role with responsibility across the business at the highest level. As a main Board director you'll take full ownership for all financial and operational affairs across the company, and play an integral part in the future growth of the business as a whole. You will be able to operate at both a detailed and strategic level, and not be afraid of rolling up your sleeves to make things happen.

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with experience as an autonomous CFO, and a background in SAAS and businesses with recurring revenue. This is an ideal opportunity for a determined and commercially astute CFO to join a fast growing business which is on course for a successful and financially rewarding exit.
