Client Details
A privately owned, diversified group.
Description
The CEO will be responsible for managing the overall operations and resources of this well respected, established, diverse business. With a turnover of c£200M, and over 400 employees, the group is successful and profitable, and is looking to recruit a new CEO to drive the business forward following the retirement of the incumbent.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a driven, hard-working, personable and professional individual, with a Finance qualification.
Whilst previous experience as CEO is far from essential, an appreciation of Operational management would be beneficial.
The ability to work in a collegiate manner with an experienced board to drive the business forward is essential.
The successful candidate is likely to be in an autonomous Finance role (likely FD or CFO), and is looking to make the change into a more general management / CEO role.
