One of the UK’s most exciting Property Development companies are currently looking to expand with the addition of a Property Accountant to their head office team in Central London. The role has become available through business expansion and, as the company continues along the growth path, so will this individual.
This role will work alongside the Finance Director as well as various operational stakeholders so provides a great opportunity to be a visible presence around the business.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Production of monthly management accounts including VAT, relevant reconciliations
- Managing cashflow for each property/project
- Preparation of quarterly cash reconciliations
- Understanding and presentation of all monthly balances e.g. rent, service charge, direct recovery funds.
- Constant monitoring and improvement of internal process across the Finance function
- Various ad hoc requirements
