Data & Performance Analyst

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting a Data & Performance Analyst for our Birmingham based client on an interim basis for 3 months. There is scope for this role to be extended and for the organisation to make steps to transition this post into a permanent role.

You will be based in Birmingham however, travel may be required from time to time. As the ideal candidate, you will have demonstrable experience in data, performance and analysing key information and you will possess very solid data and performance management and reporting skills. A background in Not For Profit, Public Sector or charity will put you in good stead however, this is not essential.

Duties include ensuring that data is collected and reported accurately and in a timely manner. The post holder will be responsible for analysing data and identifying areas of risk and under performance, reporting these to the Head of Service and Senior Managers. The intention of this post is to both ensure contract compliance and be part of a program of continuous improvement of service provision. 

You will develop and maintain a comprehensive overview of all data control policies, systems and procedures and be key to assisting with implementing improvements. You will business partner across the organisation and build key effective relationships with multiple stakeholders. You will have overall responsibility for managing/developing processes for systems and for storage and collection of data and PI's and be in line with observing the business's policy framework.

To be eligible for this role, you will be available immediately or on short notice with demonstrable experience in data, analysis and performance.
