A highly respectable marketing company admired by its peers within the industry requires a Financial Controller to join their growing team. The successful candidate will be joining a hardworking yet rewarding environment.
Role Responsibilities -
- All aspects of Group, UK and US Financial Accounting
- Group Consolidation, Group and UK Statutory Accounts, Other statutory filings
- US/UK Tax Returns
- Monthly Board Reporting
- Group Cash Management, including administration of majority of group bank accounts
- Shareholder reporting/ other Shareholder information requests
- Managing Team of 2 to 4
- Maintaining Group Insurance Policies
- Group Headcount File, Monthly Payroll Reporting
- UK and US Payroll (Review and Management)
- Group Sales Commission, Variable Pay, Other Bonus Scheme Calculations
- Purchase Order Approvals
- Managing Group, UK and US Annual Audits
Candidate Requirements -
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
- High standard/level of Excel (Pivots, Vlookups)
- Relevant industry experience would be beneficial
- Experience and expertise in reporting IFRS
- Previous experience of statutory accounts preparation
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Managerial experience
