Communicate are currently partnering a large services group in their search for an Interim Regional Finance Director. Reporting directly into the Group CFO, this is a key hire for the business in regards to implementing better practice and processes across finance in the region. The business is a matrix organisation and the Regional FD will therefore have 5 business units reporting into it, to amount to a full P&L responsibility of c.£400m.
Our client is seeking to employ an experienced interim who is well versed in hitting the ground running, diagnosing areas for change and then proven in drawing up business cases to improve the situation.
Requirements:
- ACA/CIMA Qualified
- Background spent within large Blue Chip / PLC environments
- Ideally business services sector experience - must have B2B exposure
- Prior experience of leading a sizeable division (>£200m) through periods of change
- First class management and communication skills
