Finance Director

Our client is a successful PE backed group, and have established themselves as No1 in a stable, yet growing sector. The new Finance Director will have overall responsibility for a key subsidiary with an outstanding opportunity for further growth.

You will be a qualified accountant (this is non-negotiable), ideally with a track record of delivering success at board level in a similar capacity. Experience in a product-led business is key, and exposure to a business operating a multi-channel sales process is particularly sought-after.

Candidates must be robust yet personable and confident in nature, capable of business partnering the management team to deliver in a results-focused business, and seeking an eventual step-up to a Group FD role in the fullness of time.
