Finance Manager

Venn Group has collaborated with an exciting manufacturing business in Leicestershire to recruit a permanent Finance Manager.

You will be responsible for completing monthly, quarterly and yearly accounts as well as ensuring the businesses accounts are running smoothly. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for managing and guiding the finance team to complete monthly management and financial accounts.

Key responsibilities:

• Completing monthly management accounts
• Delivering key financial information to stakeholders
• Ensuring financial accounts are completed on time
• Submit monthly VAT and company tax returns
• Ensure accounts are in line with IFRS
• Manage and develop a small finance team

Desirables:

• Hold an accounting qualification; either ACCA/CIMA/ACA
• Posses experience delivering management and financial accounts
• Hold experience of working in a manufacturing environment
• Posses experience of working in a SOx controlled environment
• Prior experience of working with key stakeholders and other areas of the business
• Hold responsibility of training and developing a team (minimum two people)
