With an aggressive growth plan, they are seeking to bring a qualified Financial Controller to work alongside the Senior Stakeholders in driving the commercial decision making and forward strategy of the business, in this exciting time of growth.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Budgeting, forecasting and the accurate analysis of any variances against budget
- The preparation of monthly/quarterly management accounts
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis to support the Senior Stakeholder's understanding of the financial performance and support strategic decision making.
- Establishing and maintaining a robust internal control environment that allows compliance with UK GAAP, legislation and best practices.
- Creation and establishment of financial processes and procedures, and maintaining accordingly.
Profile
You will be:
- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or qualified by experience.
- Strong, demonstrable commercial experience.
- Have an ability to drive new process and procedures.
- Advanced Excel, including the use of Macros and Pivot tables, with strong analytical skills.
