Financial Controller
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 plus bonus and benefits.
An exciting creative agency that has experienced impressive recent growth is actively seeking to hire an experienced Financial Controller.
Reporting to the Finance Director, your duties will include the following:
- Management and development of the finance team.
- Oversight of the production of meaningful and insightful management accounts and information.
- Act as finance business partner to a range of internal stakeholders, from senior creative staff to core heads of department.
- Responsibility for annual budgeting and regular forecasting.
- The development of internal controls and processes.
- Working with I.T Project teams on the continual development of finance and reporting systems.
- Ensuring the timely production and submission of annual statutory accounts to group.
- Working with the FD and other key staff on a range of internal projects and initiatives.
Candidate profile:
- Qualified accountant.
- The proven ability to add value via business partnering and the provision of analysis.
- Strong technical accounting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about making a difference, with the ability to work in a "hands on" nature.
