SF Recruitment are currently looking for a Finance Analyst to join a fast paced and growing team on a full time basis in North Nottinghamshire
The role will report directly into the Finance Manager and be a critical part to developing the business.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Providing financial analysis to the management team
- Carrying out commercial / operations margin analysis to guide & influence business decisions
- Create weekly dashboards and commentary
- Supporting the commercial / operations finance team and wider business with key projects
- Own budget and forecast inputs
- Take the lead on various business projects
- Continuous Improvement to business processes
- Be a Trusted Business Partner to the company
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Preferably educated to degree level
- Part Qualified accountant / desire to study towards accountancy qualification
- Strong Excel Skills (V Look Ups & Pivot Tables etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (ability to speak to people at all levels)
- Strong business acumen
- People person & team player
- Monthly budget variance analysis & investigation
- Car Driver
