Financial Accountant

Venture Recruitment Partners are working with a world leading manufacturing Group based in Fareham in their search for a Financial Accountant.

Managing a small transactional team, you will take ownership of all financial accounting processes, including statutory reporting requirements, corporation tax and VAT compliance. As well as this, you will gain exposure to the forecasting and budgeting cycles, in which you will be expected to provide insightful analysis. Due to this being an international Group, you will also be responsible for FX and work closely with Treasury.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) with prior experience in a technical accounting role in Industry or through audit in Practice. You will also have a natural affinity with process improvement work and will feel comfortable leading a small team. Any previous exposure to FX would be beneficial but is not a pre-requisite.
