Credit Controller

£23,000 - £25,000 + generous benefits package.

Are you an experienced Credit Controller that is able to work autonomously and part of a team dealing with notoriously difficult accounts?

Where you fit in?

You'll be joining a developing business within a role that offers flexibility in your approach and method of working.

Your role:

• Assessing existing and new customer credit and make recommendations on credit limits and terms of credit
• Assist with the preparation of reports on debt management and credit control
• Dealing with queries both internally and externally
• Working with internal departments to provide account information
• Liaising with clients to ensure invoices are clear for payment
• Ensuring all collections calls, letters and follow up actions are carried out

What you need?

You will need to be the kind of person that has a good attitude to proactively chasing debts and a hardy personality to be successful. This is an ideal role for someone that prides themselves on resilience and good negotiation skills in challenging situations.

B2C experience is essential!
