Your new role
Reporting into the Divisional Financial Controller, you will be part of a small team producing monthly management accounts, weekly KPI reporting & cost analysis and you will be overseeing a team of 3-4 employees. You will essentially have the autonomy to make the job your own, with ensuring an accurate, efficient process as well as interpreting the data to provide commercial insights and reviewing the budget and reporting on variances. This is a broad role where you will have a chance to develop your skills and progress into a number of high profile finance areas in the future.

What you'll need to succeed
In addition to studying for your professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), you will have previous management accounting experience. Any experience within a product/stock based business would be advantageous but more important is the drive, energy and enthusiasm to support the growth of the business and progress your own career. You will have a commercial approach, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ideally will have some previous people management exposure.
