Finance Manager

SF Recruitment are currently recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for circa 9 months for our West Midlands based property client. This role currently delivers the management accounts, budget setting and reports to the Finance Director. Ideally you will possess strong experience gained in a Housing Association setting or property and you will be liaising with a number of stakeholders both finance and non and forging relationships with external departments. This is a fantastic role which will see you liaise with various budget holders across the business as a whole.

Your key duties will include producing annual financial statements, you will produce management accounts and provide advice to budget holders and maintain budgets. You will allocate responsibilities to team members and reporting Performance Indicators on the team’s outputs and be a confident operator who is able to work with a variety of finance and non finance stakeholders.

Ideally you will be immediately available or available on short notice and be able to interview as soon as possible. Knowledge of open accounts and working in a property or housing business will put you in good stead. If this sounds like a role that you are interested in, we encourage you to apply.
