Commercial FP&A Manager

A FTSE 100 Consumer organisation who have a great culture and a very well respected name in the market, are currently recruiting for a Commercial FP&A Manager who will be ACA/CIMA/ACCA Qualified.

The successful FP&A Manager duties:

• Lead FP&A for the overall division. Coordination of FP&A team, with one direct report 
• Develop the planning and forecasting processes to become more efficient
• Divisional forecast consolidation & constantly looking ahead to identify commercial risk and opportunities 
• Divisional management accounts (preparation, review and commentary)
• Presenting to Operational Leadership Team meeting on budgets, forecasts, and actuals
• Provide commercial insight into performance 
• Owner of the Margin discovery relationship - ensuring margin integrity in forecasts
• Business partner to Trade planning & Strategy team for total product
• Building strong relationships across all Finance and Divisional teams 
• Inspiring great performance and fostering a motivated and collaborative team environment

Experience and Qualifications of the successful FP&A Manager:

• Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting, Analysis & Insight
• Strong Communication skills at all levels.
• Solid Decision Making
• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
• Experience of engaging and working closely with senior stakeholders
• Previous experience within FP&A OR Commercial Finance
• Effective team management skills
• Great communication skills
• Experience of providing insight through analysis and data management
