My client is looking for an immediately available Finance Manager to join their expanding finance team to drive and lead the team to successfully deliver accurate and timely financial processes and reporting into the senior stakeholders. The role is currently being advertised on a temporary basis, with the view to it becoming permanent if you are successful in the role.

In your role as the Finance Manager you will take on various duties and responsibilities. Your main responsibilities will include:

Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with division and group reporting requirements, analysing monthly performance to budget and forecast and evaluating variance impact.
Ensure that all financial transactions are correctly processed and appropriately reflected in the GL.
Ensure that all administrative processes adhere to the financial control standards.
Ensure close monitoring and control of new product pipeline development costs
Build and roll-out R&D project reporting with fully loaded costs
Construct the rolling short term cash forecasts for submission to Group.
Annual budget preparation and reporting.
Ensure process and procedures are in line with Group policy and are consistent, supportable and facilitate auditable reporting.
Ad hoc projects / tasks, including presenting to AHD board, as requested

Ideally you should be professionally qualified with ACCA/ACA/CIMA, with strong IT Skills including working knowledge of SAP; Excel to Intermediate level. You will need to possess the ability to collaborate and communicate with people of all levels of seniority and achieve continuous improvements in process and efficiency.

You will be expected to be able to work well under pressure and to deadlines, with a pragmatic and commercially savvy approach.
