Management Accountant

Well established and expanding SME have an opportunity for a confident and experienced Management Accountant.  The business is amid expansion and investment and you will support the Head of Finance in developing controls, systems, management information and the month end pack to better support the needs of the business / directors.

The role will encompass a wide variety of business as usual monthly routines coupled with projects surrounding continuous improvement (in processes, controls, analysis and reporting).

You will work in a fast paced, professional and innovative manufacturing environment alongside a talented senior leadership team.

Your role will naturally develop and it is hoped you will fast track into a Financial Management / FC position swiftly.

You will be:

• Qualified CIMA or equivalent (or studying toward professional qualification and expecting to complete in the near future).
• Someone with experience of producing detailed management accounts to deadline. An individual with a naturally proactive approach who enjoys making improvements (to reporting / procedures)
• Able to demonstrate excellent Excel skills.
• Someone with the confidence to partner with the non finance areas of the business (operational and commercial functions)
