We are looking for an experienced Finance professional to join a leading engineering organisation, who will report directly into the CEO/COO to support with financial reporting and decision making.

Duties of the Financial Controller will include (but may not be limited to):

• Budgeting, forecasting & Preparation of monthly Management Accounts and associated reports
• Completion of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliation
• Review and investigation of P&L and Balance Sheet variances to develop results focused commentary for inclusion in key financial reports
• Production costs
• Manufacturing variance analysis
• Cost Centre Controlling and Business Partnering with different facets across the business.
• Product and project cost controlling
• Material cost analysis against Budget and Forecast
• Ensure to drive productivity measures
• Liaising with necessary external bodies

About You:

• The new Financial Controller should be qualified or part qualified and have experience in a similar role.
• You will have excellent data management and excel skills.
• Good knowledge of Accounting principles such as IFRS and GAAP.
• You will have excellent attention to detail and will be able to work with complex processes.
• You should be able to communicate with individuals at all levels of seniority
