Working closely with the General Manager for Europe, you will have full P&L ownership and be required to build a high performance team. This role will also have responsibility for Financial Planning & Analysis, and long term strategic planning.

Description
Key responsibilities include:
- Recruitment, leadership and management of a high quality regional finance team.
- Ownership of FP&A and all short, medium and long term planning for the region.
- The provision of accurate and high quality financial and commercial information to the General Manager for the Region and the Group CFO.
Profile
- Qualified Accountant with strong financial control background and technical accounting knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP
- Prior experience of working in a divisional / regional role of a US business would be a distinct advantage
- Pan european, international experience where you have had responsibility for multiple legal entities
- Strong leadership skills, with prior people management experience
- Self starter, with a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience of business partnering a General Manager within a matrix environment
- Flexible approach to circa 25% travel
