A rapidly growing business based in Watford are looking for a Head of Finance Operations to join their team.
This is a brand new position within the business and will lead and develop a team 10 covering key finance processes, including Accounts Payable, Cash and Accounts Receivable.
This role will suit candidates with experience in fast paced environments and with strong process improvement experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 10, mentoring, developing and regular 121's
- Accountable for the achievement of all KPI performance
- Presents performance to management
- Resolves AR matters such as unrecognised or unapplied cash
- Resolves AP matters
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in driving efficiency projects and implementing change
- Excellent relationship building skills
